What's your process like?
We first ask clients what their objectives are in hiring VAs to make sure that we are a good fit for what they're looking for. We then set up a virtual meeting to discuss our process in-depth and gather more information from the client to ensure their needs are met. After the meeting, we'll send you forms to fill out and match you with the perfect VA for the job!
How many hours do they work?
The hours will depend on the client's needs. Our minimum is 20 hrs per week and 40 hours per week maximum.
What qualifications do your VAs have?
Our VAs are trained to source high quality leads per client's set parameters. They are trained under the Wholesale Formula course for Wholesale/cataloging and directly trained by an Online Arbitrage Guru for OA sourcing. We hold regular calibration meetings to ensure that our VAs are up to date. We also check on our team members on a daily basis to answer any questions they may have.
How can I make sure that you're not sharing leads with other clients?
We have a strict 1:1 policy in the company. This means that one VA is assigned one client at a time to ensure that there are no leads confusion and that VAs can focus on providing great quality leads for the client.
What tools/method do you use?
Our VAs are trained to utilize Keepa, Revseller, DS Amazon Quickview, ManageByStat, Jungle Scout, Helium10, Tactical Arbitrage, Price Checker 2, Amazon Analyzer, Scan Unlimited ASINspector, AMZScout. We also specialize in Supertarget Lead, Sourcing Amazon, Filter Brands, and sourcing Tradeshows.

What's your rate?
Our rate ranges between $5-$7 per hour depending on the job task. We have a $50 retention/deposit fee upon signing a contract with us. You can use this towards your last invoice from us to pay for the service should you decide to withdraw from Racus. This fee is to ensure that VAs get paid for the work done in the event that there are difficulties paying an invoice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Veem, Wise, Venmo and Paypal as forms of payments. If you are paying using a credit card for goods and services, we charge an additional 5% processing fee.
