Jonah oversees the whole operations in the United States and across the Globe. She is focused on the B2B part of the company and makes sure that clients' needs are met.

She also helps with improving VA skills and keeping everyone with Amazon TOS up to date.

Sha oversees the day-to-day operations in the Philippines. She manages all the VAs, double-checks leads, answers VAs' questions, trains VAs, manages timesheets and makes sure that the whole operation is running smoothly.
